On Friday, I decided to be brave, pretend that I don’t look and sound hideous on camera and document some of my day on Insta-stories. If you don’t know, Insta-stories are basically like super short video clips or photos that you can add to throughout the day on your Instagram, each photo or video clip only lasts for 24 hours and vanishes after that. It’s like a story of your day.

It was mostly focused on how my disability affects me – you can find more information about Sacral Agenesis in this post. I also talked a little about my anxiety as well. You should know that I left of a lot of things out of my day, things that I’d rather not share, so you are only really getting a snapshot of what my day can be like.

Hit play on the Youtube video below to watch.

I got a pretty good response from the dedicated people who stuck around for the best part of 70 video clips, so I have smashed them all together into one video in case you missed it, or are mental and want to watch it again!

I can only apologise for the camera and sound quality, it wasn’t really meant to be a proper video to start with! I’ll be doing another Insta-story day after my operation in a few weeks so check it out then if you like.

If you want to know or have any questions, get in touch below. I’d like to extend a massive thanks to people who reached out in the day to me as well. I was nervous about sharing, but your responses made me feel at ease.
