I recently received a lovely gift from Carrie who has fabulous crochet adventures. She made and sent me a gorgeous bobble hat. I love a woolly hat so I was absolutely over the moon when this gorgeous autumnal crochet hat, complete with a faux fur bobble on the top!
Carrie lives with her fiancé Elliott, her cat Tink and a Springer Spaniel called Duffy. Carrie is fairly new to the world of crochet which makes what she can do all the more impressive. Her creations are beautiful.
I have already commissioned her for more items and I can’t wait to receive them!
The colours that Carrie has used for this hat go really together, they are the embodiment of autumn. The details are great, right down to the little label on the hat itself.
The hat is a really good shape and size for me, Carrie had asked me what kind of fit I prefer – a slouchier fit and even with my enormous head, this hat sits really nicely on my head. It also goes really well with my mustard faux fur coat. I am totally ready for the colder weather!
